Mrs Yuba had a topple over moment the other day because I put the child seat at the back of the bike as is my habit on the V2 which stays put, but on this "light" machine the front wheel lifted off flipped round and the bike slowly went down on its side bars (kid stays off the floor)
No harm done but on this particular Yuba I will but kid seats forward behind the saddle.Jimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04479364463181427948noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1642795152999385454.post-40185239363036803562010-08-03T16:33:40.794-07:002010-08-03T16:33:40.794-07:00We just bought a lovely orange Yuba as well. We soon will be selling out bakfiets :( but the Yuba and our Xtracycle Radish are out on the road daily.

I have to read through your blog, but would love to know if you have made upgrades. We've had some gearing issues already so need to think about it.sarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02800138092758321499noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1642795152999385454.post-89277458018206887292010-07-23T01:33:28.189-07:002010-07-23T01:33:28.189-07:00I wonder if anyone has ever tried to do an xtracyc...I wonder if anyone has ever tried to do an xtracycle conversion on a Yuba Mundo (it would have to be a V1 or V2 though)Dr C.https://www.blogger.com/profile/10234078254243840589noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1642795152999385454.post-48432384493167806252010-07-22T15:39:10.978-07:002010-07-22T15:39:10.978-07:00Looks really great, two Mundos in one family!

Its also quite re-assuring to hear that the normal rear wheel can deal with a reasonable amount of loading too.Dr C.https://www.blogger.com/profile/10234078254243840589noreply@blogger.com
